Cause

The Campbell River Hospital Foundation is a registered charity dedicated to raising funds to support our hospital and Yucalta Lodge through equipment purchase, staff education and special projects that help enhance the service and treatment of patients and residents.

This years Because You Care Hospital Lottery’s proceeds will be used towards the Medical Imaging Departments $250,000 campaign to purchase six pieces of equipment to support our community with Portable X-Ray machines, Vein Finders, Knee Coil machine for the MRI, MRI Breast Coil, sterotactic Mammography and a Faxitron Radiography System. This will reduce the need to travel for testing, reducing wait times and anxiety while waiting for test results.

When you give, you make a significant difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones. Because of you we are able to purchase vital medical equipment, support staff education and fund special projects the help build a healthier community.
